In addition to encompassing
both the federal
COBRA requirements
and any applicable
state benefit continuation
requirements, ARC's
services also include
our client indemnification
for any errors made
by ARC. ARC retains
all records relating
to each client's
administration services
for seven years. |
Retiree Billing
Services are also
available from ARC.
The services are
very similar, in
most respects, to
the COBRA administration
services outlined
above. The most
significant differences
are that the COBRA
statutory and regulatory
requirements relating
to such things as
grace periods, late
payments, insufficient
payments, and so
on, do not apply,
and that ARC can
receive automatic
payments from retirees
via Automated Clearing
House (ACH) transactions.
