ARC is an independent, third party administration firm located in suburban Minneapolis that operates exclusively on a “fee for service” basis. We do not sell any commissionable products. ARC was formed in 1998, capitalizing on the combined 91 years of employee benefits administration experience of the three executive officers.

ARC successfully avoids the diffusion of focus (and resulting service problems) common to many TPAs by limiting our administration services to a few very critical compliance areas. Specifically, ARC provides comprehensive administration services for the following:

  1. COBRA and state law continuation
  2. Retiree billing
  3. Flexible spending accounts and HRAs
  4. VEBA plans
  5. Consolidated billing

In addition, ARC provides human resources training programs and materials on a wide variety of employee benefit issues, including webcasts and in-house seminars, and other online programs and materials to help benefits professionals develop and maintain their expertise.
