Overseeing the drafting of plan documents, if required
Developing an employer administration manual and communicating the contents to the plan sponsor
Developing and producing employee materials to communicate the details of the plan and the administrative procedures
Conducting employee enrollment meetings
Establishing data transfer procedures and ensuring that the participant data is communicated to ARC in a timely and accurate manner (especially critical for take-over of administration responsibilities during a plan year)
For transfers of administration during the plan year, preparing and mailing "welcome" letters with claim forms, envelopes, and reimbursement schedules to all participants
Transferring responsibility for ongoing administration to the ARC expense reimbursement department and specifically to the account manager who will be providing ongoing administration services to the plan
For COBRA/HIPAA/State Law Benefits Continuation and Retiree Billing Services . . .
