ABOUT THE PRESENTERS

ARC webcasts are presented by Ben Graves and David Ohl. Ben is an attorney with 19 years of experience with technical compliance issues. For the past seven years, Ben has conducted hundreds of seminars around the country on topics ranging from COBRA and HIPAA to FMLA, ADA , and Section 125 Cafeteria Plans for A.E. Roberts Company. Ben currently serves as the Director of Compliance for ARC, a Minneapolis-based COBRA and Section 125 administration firm.

David Ohl served as Director of Training and as an instructor with A.E. Roberts Company for over 10 years. Like Ben, he has also conducted hundreds of seminars around the country on employee benefit topics. Currently, Dave conducts in-house seminars for employers on various benefit issues.
