These training programs are ideal educational tools for HR personnel who are relatively new to the subject. Our self-paced programs are available from any browser, and the content is accessible for one full year from date of purchase. All training and certification programs are organized into easy to follow chapters, each of which contains valuable administrative tips, examples, and chapter quizzes to increase comprehension. The programs include a bookmark feature that allows students to exit the program and return to the same spot at any time. Of course, students can also go back to prior sections to review the materials before moving on.

Following the completion of the course of study, students can then take the optional certification test at the end of the program in order to test their knowledge. Those students who achieve a passing grade on the 50 questions will then receive a certificate of completion from our training partner - - HRCertification.com - - to acknowledge their achievement.
